Returns & Refund Policy
No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
All photographic prints sold on www.audreycavan.com are produced to order, are limited editions, and may be signed, numbered or made according to specific size or support requests. As such, they are considered personalized goods.
For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded once confirmed and produced.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Customers are required to inspect their package upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email at: contact@audreycavan.com
Your email must include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the packaging
After review and validation, a replacement will be offered when appropriate.
Returns without prior written confirmation will not be accepted.
Return Procedure (Damaged Items Only)
If a return is approved:
The return address will be communicated by email.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Audrey Cavan.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Customized or made-to-order prints
Limited edition artworks
Items produced according to specific size or support requests
Any item not reported as damaged within 48 hours of delivery
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any validated replacement will be sent to the recipient.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
